Using Your Cut It Out Now Graphic Files

Simply add the item to your cart and check out - as soon as the order is processed a confirmation screen will appear with a Download button.

Click the Download button to begin downloading the file(s) to your computer.

Files are in compressed format. Windows users, right clicking on the file and selecting "Extract All" will extract the files. Mac users – if the files haven’t already extracted in the download CTRL click and choose Open with Stuffit Expander to extract them.

Once completed they are ready to use. Consider backing up your new graphic files on CD for future use.

There are 3 graphic files in the contained in each compressed file:
*.FS, *.DXF and *.GSD.

*.FS files are intended for use in Xyron Create and Cut and Flexi Sign programs.
*.DXF files are intended to import into various programs such as Xyron Create and Cut,  Xyron Wishblade Software and Graphtec Robo Master Programs.
*.GSD files are intended for use in Xyron Wishblade Software packages and Graphtec Robo Master Programs only. Not intended for Mac users.

Using your *.FS file in Xyron Create and Cut

From the FILE menu select OPEN - browse to where your file is located, click on it to highlight the file and select OPEN.

Cut It Out Now files are multiple color files. Each color is intended for a different color paper or media to be cut in a separate pass.  Make sure either everything is selected or nothing is selected then click on the CUT button.

The cut plot menu will load after choosing CUT - If you are a PC user select the Options tab, if you are a Mac user select the Advanced tab. UN-check the send all colors button.

Click back on the GENERAL tab. Notice the color swatches located on the top right side of the screen - Click on the color you wish to cut and load the appropriate paper/media into your digital cutter. Select SEND to cut. Repeat with the rest of the color swatches and coordinating paper/media.

Using your *.GSD file in Xyron Wishblade or Wishblade Advanced software.

From the FILE menu select OPEN - browse to where your file located, and click on it to highlight the file and select OPEN.

Cut It Out Now files are multiple color files. Each portion of the  graphic has a different color line around it. This is how the software knows to cut different areas in different passes

From the FILE Menu select OUTPUT SETTINGS (in Wishblade Advanced) or OUTPUT PREFERENCES (in Wishblade Software).

Select CUTTING SETTINGS and choose CUTLINE SETTINGS

A dialog appears listing all the colors used in the file. Check only the color(s) you wish to cut – make sure you UN-check all others (anything checked will cut) and select OK.

Load the coordinating paper/media into your digital cutter.

Select the cut button and follow the onscreen instructions to finish the cutting process.
